One day to go! What do I need?

Passport (around here somewhere)
Camcorder
Mobile phone (which will not phone home but will at least tell me the time)
Electrical *stuffs*
Boarding passes etc printing from Expedia
Money
Clothes etc - Anyone know what the weather is like in La La land? 

Books to read on the plane

DVD's (Alias or Felicity, bearing in mind Alias is likely to distract me with Weiss plot bunnies)

Chocolates for the sending

Very good point. Although clothes can be bought :) I have glittery Roman socks since the downpour in April meant I used four pairs of socks in 1.5 days.
