I'd say one fic a day for a longer period. Spreading the wealth out over several days.

By paring-alternating pairings to mix things up.

I've got 6 completed so far (one is looooong and the others are shortish) and I'm hoping to complete as many others as I can. They're mostly Matt/Mohinder so far but I have a Matt/Peter done and a Matt/Luke, threesome, and at least one Matt/Nathan I'm hoping to do :)

I'd say multiples over a shorter period, but then I like to gorge on fic. And if you did it by pairing, there's a likelihood of getting a nice variety of options during any given day for one's reading. :-)
