I like Daniella for the baby's name, because that has more emotional impact for both Matt and Daphne.
The clone problems, insofar as having two people with the same name, is something of a pickle. The simplest way I've seen things handled is by nicknames and/or titles. "Original Joe, Small Joe, My Joe, Your Joe, One Joe, Two Joe, Red Joe, Blue Joe," etc. and so forth.
I'm definitely leaning to Daniella for the same reasons.

Yeah, I picked Daniella for the same reason as jaune_chat...as much as I always love Molly as a character with Matt/Mo, the show gave us Daniella as canon for a Matt/Daphne product, so to speak. A huuuuge, blonde Daniella. :P Hee!
