Not gobbledygook, actually quite readable even to my uneddikated eyes. Had trouble with "institutionalization as an embedding with the cultural fabric," Because one part of my brain says: "It needs to say 'within' and the other side is arguing that that would be a tortology (sic)...

And that's putting aside the fact that "institutionalised" means something very specific to me in my role as a carer.
