Fave POV: I said 3rd but on further reflection, I really like your 1st person Matt and 1st person Audrey voices, so I guess it depends on the character? (I have nothing against your Mohinder voice, btw, he's just not my fave character these days).
AU vs canon: I said AU but I love canon-based fic too, so I really I should have said no preference.

I know that's not very helpful. I'm feeling kind a blah today. It must be the looming holidays.

After going through that list again I'd say as far as pov's are concerned I'm partial to 1st or 3rd person but it would depend on what works best for the story.

Favorite narrator? Hmmm that's a little harder to pin down I'd say Matt but again it would depend on the type of story.

Favorite partner for Matt in order would be Mohinder, Adam, and Nathan. But would not be averse to a little Usutu action thrown in out of curiousity just to see what you could do with a pairing like that. But don't feel the need to include him if you don't want to.

Favorite females would be Audrey, Elle, and Sandra.

I think the holidays can be very blah. Too much stress!

I'd like to do Usutu sometime but it's not come up. I still want to do the Matt-comes-to-Scottland Yard story at some point. So many fun ideas.

I also like Monica ("Someone else - to be explained in comments"), but I am not sure that she could fit properly in a MattMo fic (my favorites). I prefere Matt POV, probably because I have not read a lot of Mohinder POV. And I am incurably romantic because what I prefer is a story where Matt and Mohinder discover that they like each other a lot, and it's better when they are both straight.
Please forgive my possible english mistakes.

The idea of Monica as a police partner is great! I like it! Isn't she supposed to be some sort of vigilante now? I am not sure because in France that sort of information isn't displayed (I am talking about comics, and webisodes. I don't know where to find them). And you are right, when I said "straight", I meant heterosexual, but falling in love anyway ( with a lot of panic inside). I think it's better, because even if I prefer alternate universes for fanfics, I think that they are both obviously attracted by women in the show. It's an important "proof" of love (I am not sure about this word, I think I am traducing to literally in english) to swing the other way for somebody special. And discovering a different form of sexuality, or even admitting that you are in love, with somebody you love, is interesting for me.
Woah, it was a long message. My ideas aren't original at all, but I have a soft spot for MattMos.

The comics and webisodes are on nbc.com but I don't know if you can get them. (I don't bother with the webisodes, it's mostly characters you've never heard of or the Carnival). Hmm, perhaps Monica could be a vigilante and Matt knows it but can't prove it or has decided to let her get away with it.

I've seen fanfics with two straight characters falling in love but not in Matt/Mo. It's not something I've really done but it could be interesting to do.

I'm a big fan of Matt/Mohinder, but I have been wondering how Matt and Nathan would be as a pair (when they're not going all Alpha Dog on each other). Because I think Nathan could appreciate someone knowing his kinks without him having to say anything, and Matt could benefit from being with someone who would bring more class and respect. I feel like Nathan's white collar worldview would help them both. Just some thoughts. :-)

Yeah, I really like Matt/Nathan but I really haven't written much. I have a request to do where Matt's spirit walk shows him that Nathan is his 'one' not Daphne, but I've not managed to work it out in my head yet.

I guess I get stuck trying to work out how Matt and Nathan could be on an equal footing given their respective jobs. Hmm...

Going back in the series, or even sideways, what if Matt was a witness for one of Nathan's cases? Or if he were Secret Service for President Petrelli? Or if they just both ended up at the same bar by accident and continued going there on purpose just because their jobs were so different?
