I'm still offline at home (I'm typing this in a cafe). The engineer is booked for tomorrow so fingers crossed! In the meantime I'm trying to keep on emails etc but replying is very difficult. Twitter is currently a lot easier. So I'm on @kethni if you want to yell at me.
